The following needs to be taken seriously regarding LCD's, and RMA's for LCD's;
1) Treat LCD's with care, especially the ribbon cables, and frames.
2) Reboot phones, sometimes, several times, before saying an LCD is Bad.
3) If,.You determine an LCD is bad; 1. Fill out RMA ticket complete with accurate description of problem, 2. Return LCD in original packaging,  "Bubble Pack", 3. Attach RMA ticket to the OUTSIDE OF "Bubble Pack", NEVER PUT Tape on LCD, Ribbon Cable, or backlight. Doing so will result in voided warranty from original manufacturer. Physical damage, i.e. Breaking glass also voids warranty.
4) Always return LCD's in NEW condition.
